Distilling complexity
into clarity.

Modern brand identities struggle to keep up with content demands, leading to fragmented systems, weaker messaging and declining loyalty. My approach builds brands as evolving ecosystems—identities that adapt to context, grow with knowledge and move with culture. Most identities today cannot keep pace with the volume of output modern brands demand. The result is always the same: design systems fracture, messages dilute and the loyalty that took years to build quietly erodes. Over the course of my practice, I have developed a way of building brands that function as living ecosystems rather than fixed objects. An identity, like a human one, should evolve with knowledge, adapt to context and move with culture. That is what I build.

I’m a brand designer based in Salzburg. At LOOP, I develop visual systems and shape the concepts behind pitches: finding the visual way into a brand and the idea that lets it scale. Before that, I spent two years at Studio Herrström working on identities and campaigns for Spotify, Meta, Sony Music and Red Bull Music, as well as work for Alto New York that won multiple awards, including Cannes Lions. Alongside this, I take on the occasional independent project.

Meaning
that scales.

My work starts before the design does: with the idea that gives a brand its meaning. I find the visual way in and develop it into a system that carries the brand across every touchpoint without losing its depth. Working on something where this fits? I look for the visual way in, whether an image, a principle or a tension, and develop it into a system that carries the brand across every touchpoint without losing its depth. I shape concepts for pitches, translate strategy into visual language and present the thinking behind the work to creative directors, strategists and clients. Working on something where this fits? I’m always happy to talk.

Clarity fuels
transformation.

A strong result depends on its foundation. Every project follows a four-step process, starting with understanding competition, culture and audience behavior before any design decisions. This groundwork separates design that simply looks good from design that performs. The output is only as good as what leads to it. Every project follows the same four-step process. Most brand problems are not design problems. They are clarity problems. Before a single visual decision is made, I invest time understanding the competitive context, the culture and the audience’s actual behavior. This groundwork is what separates work that looks good from work that performs.

Brand systems are teamwork, and a system only proves itself in use, long after launch.Brand systems are teamwork. I work closely with strategists, copywriters, motion designers and developers, and I care about a system long after launch, because it only proves itself in use.
